3. To receive your join bonus and be fully activated, you must surf 25 sites. If you are not fully activated, it is understood you are not interested and your account will be deleted without notice.

4. You will only receive email from the administrator occasionally. The news letter will be sent out in addition to the stats report. Admin will contact you only if there is a problem with items submitted or if there is a matter that needs to be addressed.

5. NO Pornographic, Suggestive, Spam or Illegal Sites will be submitted. All sites will be 80% English. NO pay to Refer ads/sites will be accepted. This is a "family friendly" site. If you are in doubt of the content of your sites/banners please contact Admin. If sites in question are deleted and you continue to add them, you account will be deleted and your IP address and email address will be banned. This will cause you to lose all credits.

6. There will be NO refunds for upgrade and/or purchases.

7. If caught cheating in any way, your membership will be deleted and credits lost. Should your account show no credits, sites or activity, during a 2 month period, your account will we closed.

8. You are allowed one (1) account only.

9. THIS IS NOT A MONEY/CASH EXCHANGE AND NO PRIZES WILL BE GIVEN OUT AS CASH PRIZES. PRIZES ARE CREDITS ONLY.

10. Credits will be lost if you delete a site before transferring them to another site.

11. You will be responsible for checking the terms and conditions.
